Three Yoga Practice Sessions
Dynamic deep stretch Prana Vinyasa, (to energise and strengthen).
Yin: A slow flow, focusing on Fascia release and joint fluidity.
Restorative (Luna rhythm flow).
Chakra Yoga Nidra.
Guided meditation for deep relaxation.
A delicious vegetarian lunch sourced from fresh local produce. Morning and afternoon tea as well as healthy snacks.
