Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Stillness - Sunday 13th March
A one day workshop (10am to 5pm) with Gabrielle on the ancient practice of slowly flowing movements, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and stillness. This form is simple and easy to learn. Suitable for beginners and advanced students. This particular practice originated from Mantak Chia and Tao Longevity breathing.
