This workshop is for you if you wish for a greater sense of wellbeing and a more harmonious happy life.
Join us and learn how to replace the countless stressful agitations of these times with a calm, grounded, responsive and open-hearted you and, the know-how to use these tools in your everyday life.
You will receive plenty of inspiration, education and a deep level of care throughout the day from Dianne, Kimberley and Miriam. With their abundance of knowledge and experience, together they will teach you practices that help: quieten the mind, relax the body, deeply de-stress, develop awareness, restore and balance the flow of energy, improve breathing and posture and let go of habitual concerns and expectations.
The day will be filled with a wonderful selection of experiences from the various wisdom traditions including: Yoga, Shiatsu and Trager; crystal work; guided meditations; simple Shiatsu massage (clothed) techniques; breath work; body awareness and mindfulness.
$30 for the day or $25 each if your bring a friend or partner.
